Enjay Services
is an independently owned company based
in East Anglia UK, specialising in the service
and maintenance of instrumentation manufactured by the Packard
Bioscience™ company of Downers Grove, Illinois,
USA, (also previously known as Packard Instrument Company,
Canberra Packard and United Technologies Packard) now part
of PerkinElmer Inc., of Boston, Mass., USA.
We also buy and sell selected used instruments.
We
have been in existence since 2003, and our factory-trained
staff have 30 years experience with a wide range of Packard™
instruments.
We
can also arrange service throughout
England and Wales on
Wallac™ and
LKB™ instrumentation, through our expert
affiliates.

At Enjay Services, we believe in personal contact. We do not
have a huge central call centre - we have a local administrative
office. If you require service, you can talk directly with the
factory-trained professional who will be servicing your instrument.

callouts (typically 24 to 48 hours). We are so convinced that

Because
we are a relatively small company, we can be extremely flexible
to accomodate the needs of our customers. Whist most repairs can be effected on-site, we do have a workshop where we can work on instruments and assemblies, and where we can also make small mechanical parts for instruments, when the required parts are no longer available from the OEM. (Please note that this service is only available when customers are on contract with us, or who are on pay-as-you-go service - we cannot make parts for other purposes).
